How It Works

1. Select Your Plan
   We cater to businesses of all sizes—small, medium, and large enterprises. We offer three plans, each with varying pricing: Basic, Standard, and Premium. Choose the plan that best fits your needs.

2. Give us your Message
   Provide us with the necessary information to create the content you need. If you’d like us to write the script, add the Script Writing add-on (30% of your plan cost). Alternatively, if you have a ready-to-record script under 50 words, there’s no additional fee. Scripts exceeding 50 words will incur extra charges per word.

3. Choose the Voice Type
   Decide the tone and style of voice for your project. Options include conversational, friendly, trustworthy, warm, cinematic, jingle, or child’s voice. Note: If you select Jingle, the pricing will differ—details are available on the order page. We use only real human voices, not AI-generated ones.

4. Select Voice Gender
   Choose between male or female voices for your project.

5. Choose a  Language
   Indicate the language for your final content. Available languages are listed on the order page.

6. Additional Services
   As an audio production platform, we offer the following paid add-ons, with prices depending on your chosen plan and location:

   • Script Writing: Charged at 30% of the plan cost. Provide unlimited information for us to craft the best script for you.

   • Translation: Charged at 75% of the plan cost. If you need content in multiple languages, add this to receive two files in different languages.

   • Video Production: Charged at 70% of the plan cost. Once the audio is ready, you can opt to add a video, creating a full audiovisual package for your brand.

Pricing & Payment
All pricing, ordering, and payment details are handled on the order page. After making your selections and entering your country and phone number, the system will calculate the total cost. Upon payment, your order will be processed, and you’ll hear from us shortly.

Order Fulfillment Process

1. Script Approval
   If you’ve opted for script writing, we’ll provide a draft within one business day. You can approve it or suggest edits.

2. Production Timeline
   Once the script is approved, expect the final content within 2-3 business days. You will have the opportunity to review it for any errors and request corrections.

3. Final Delivery
   The completed project will be delivered to you via email, ensuring high-quality, professional results.

Terms of Service

• Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled only if the delivery timeline exceeds four business days unless agreed otherwise.

• Payment Processing: Any payment processing fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer, as charged by your payment provider.

• Acceptance of Terms: By using MediaBard Studio, you agree to these terms of service. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to contact us. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
