1. Registration and Service Access
To subscribe to MediaBard Sponsored Calls, you are required to first create a MediaBard Account.

2. Subscription Fees and Terms
Each time you want to subscribe to the MediaBard Sponsored Calls service, you must pay a small, non-refundable subscription fee based on the duration you choose (3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). This fee helps us maintain only actively interested subscribers, enabling advertisers to meet their objectives. The fees will be clearly displayed after you select your preferred duration and must be paid exclusively via Mobile Money.

3. Acceptance and Authorization
By paying the subscription fee, you agree to all MediaBard Sponsored Calls terms and authorize MediaBard and its advertisers to activate Caller Tune ads on the paying phone number for the duration of your subscription only.

4. Volume of Sponsored Calls
MediaBard reserves the right to set the sponsored call bundles you receive on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis whenever you qualify and may update these terms from time to time. We encourage you to regularly check for any changes.

5. Service Funding
MediaBard Sponsored Calls are funded by advertising revenue from brands that wish to engage with your audience or callers, allowing you to enjoy free communication whenever you qualify.

6. Service Accessibility
In the absence of active advertisers targeting your audience, you will not receive any sponsored calls. However, once an advertiser targets your profile, you will receive the corresponding sponsored call bundle.

7. Targeted Audience Information
To enable advertisers to effectively reach their target audiences, we request that you provide general demographic information about your top most frequent callers, including their region, city or district, gender, age group, and preferred language. Rest assured, all information provided will be handled with strict confidentiality and managed in full compliance with our privacy policy.

8. Subscription Cancellation
You may unsubscribe from MediaBard Sponsored Calls at any time. However, to avoid renewal charges, cancellation must be made at least 30 days before your current subscription expires.
