How to Submit file:

• Submits ready audio or enters text to be converted into audio at a fee based on plan.

• We shall review the file you submit.  

• And send feedback and the activation code via SMS, email, or WhatsApp

• For Recording.  We shall Draft a script  from the words you provide and send to you for approval. Once approved, we’ll record the final audio in your preferred language

How to Subscribe:

1. Enter you account phone number,  Activation Code received, and numbers to be activated. 

2. Chooses package (from 3, 6 or 12 months) and set a start date.

3. System will calculates total fee and complete payment using (mobile money, card, bank)

4. Upon success payment, a confirmation with start and end date will be sent to you.

How to Monitor the subscription

1. Monitors progress and status of all your subscriptions via the Status Page.

2. System sends reminders when its left with 30, 7, 2, and 1 day(s) before expiry

3. In case you forget your Activation codes, find them via Status page.

Terms of using the service

1. You must have the MediaBard account.

2. You acknowledge having consent from owners of all numbers you submit for activation and liable for any legal legal arising from submitting a number with consent of owner. 

3. Ounce numbers are activated, no refunds or replacements shall be made incase deactivation request is made by you or owner of the number.

4. MediaBard wont be held responsible where the service cant be accessible due to network issues

5. MediaBard reserved the right to deactivate numbers where it finds necessary without seeking permission from you.
